How it works

From a live page to files you can use.

1

Open the page

Choose the public review, video, post, or thread you want to study.

2

Set the task

Choose 1–100 total records and include replies when the source supports them.

3

Collect the page

Records are saved as the page loads. The task stops if the platform blocks access or stops returning results.

4

Export locally

Download Excel, CSV, or JSON, or reopen the result from local history.

Privacy

Your feedback stays separate from diagnostics.

Anonymous technical diagnostics do not include comment text, authors, full source URLs, exports, Cookies, DOM, or screenshots.

Local by default

  • No raw Cookie collection
  • No comment text in diagnostics
  • No author or full URL in diagnostics
  • Diagnostics require explicit consent
  • Extraction still works when diagnostics are off

What's next

Connect feedback to products and track changes over time.

The roadmap adds product matching, consistent fields across sources, and release comparisons. These features are planned for later versions.

  • Match reviews and discussions to the right product
  • Use consistent fields across different sources
  • Compare feedback across versions and releases
  • Optional research workspaces with separate consent
