FeedbackMosaic is operated by Binfeng Lu, an individual independent developer based in China. It provides product information and a user-initiated workflow for extracting public comments and reviews from supported pages.

2. Lawful use

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and respecting platform terms, privacy, intellectual property, and access controls. You must not use FeedbackMosaic to bypass challenges, access restrictions, rate limits, or authentication; collect private content without authority; or upload cookies or credentials.

3. Changes to public pages

Platforms can change their page structure, availability, sorting, and access rules. Results may be incomplete or unavailable, and a partial result does not guarantee full page coverage.

4. Your data and exports

You are responsible for how you store, use, and share exported data. Public availability does not remove legal or ethical responsibilities relating to personal data or copyrighted material.

5. No professional advice

FeedbackMosaic provides exported data, not legal, financial, or investment advice. Engagement and comment counts do not prove sales or market demand.

6. Availability and changes

Supported sources and product features may change as platforms and FeedbackMosaic evolve. “Coming soon” indicates planned availability, not a guaranteed release date.

7. Mandatory rights

These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.
